Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract without stating any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller of their decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, the customer will be provided with further instructions, including the return address.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The seller will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the least expensive delivery option offered), no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

2. Important Notice – Hygienic Goods

For hygiene reasons, swimwear is considered goods similar to underwear.

Each item is fitted with a hygiene seal to protect the health and safety of customers.

Pursuant to Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the hygiene seal has been broken.

If the hygiene seal is removed or damaged, the contract cannot be withdrawn from and the goods cannot be returned.

This restriction applies exclusively where the hygiene seal has been compromised.

3. Returns with an Intact Hygiene Seal

If the customer withdraws from the contract within the statutory 14-day period and:

- the hygiene seal remains intact,

- the goods have not been worn or used beyond necessary fitting,

- the goods are returned complete and in their original condition,

the customer is entitled to a full refund under the conditions stated above.

4. Complaints (Defective Goods)

If the goods are defective, the customer is entitled to exercise their rights arising from defective performance within 24 months of receipt.

Complaints will be processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date they are received, unless agreed otherwise.

The following do not constitute defects:

- incorrect size selection,

- normal wear and tear,

- damage caused by improper use or care.
